Key to success
As per the clients request all training will be preceded by a thorough needs analysis to ensure the
client’s needs are met in a financially beneficial manner.
Higher Power Protection (PTY) Ltd provides only competent facilitators to ensure that high training
standards are maintained.
We will liaise with clients on a regular feedback system to ensure progress and client satisfaction.
We will, as far as practically possible travel to where the client needs us and not have staff sent to
where we are.
We will Endeavour never to interfere with the flow of a clients’ business
Corporate social investment
We will provide first aid and a variety of other training programs to schools, community forums and
any other community-based organization to enhance skills and safety to our people.
Quality assurance
Systems QMS
Following the completion of a course each candidate and company training officer will be issued an
appraisal report to be completed and return to Higher Power Protection (PTY) Ltd for perusal.
The results of these reports will be analyzed and used as a guide for improving and upgrading our
systems and policies wherever practical.
